How To Get Your Real Estate License In California

 

This post will briefly guide you on how to get your real estate license in CA with a focus on the pre-licensing course.

First, ensure that you are at least 18 years old with a high school pass or equivalent. You must also be a citizen of the USA.

Next, complete the 135 hours of pre-licensing coursework categorized into three sections of 45 hours each. The first two are Principles of Real Estate and Practice of Real Estate and are compulsory sections. The third module of 45 hours must be selected from one of the following subjects:

ü    Legal Aspects of Real Estate
