However, to make this dream a reality, you will first need to meet the minimum standards for education and training and obtain your real estate salesperson license to work with clients.

As per the California law, it is mandatory for all aspiring and active real estate professionals such as salespersons, brokers and realtors to obtain and maintain a state approved license.
